Very useful, used it as a stand in for a dragon scale shield in our "Nine Dragons" book

An excellent illustration for the magic potions in my future role-playing game.

I love the bugbear in this. Dean gives him a lanky look just with the height and proportion of the head and hands. Just as a bugbear should look. Also I have a soft spot for pieces where the monster is winning. This human thinks he blocked and is being overpowered by the bugbear. Great piece.

We need more arabian-inspired art.
On this one I like the stance, looking into the distance, ready to draw sword as if spotting a possible danger ahead.
Colors are very nice. shadows are good too. I like it.

Nice quality, nice colors. For once a female fighter who is not wearing bikini armor. I appreciate it a lot!

Dean's full color pieces are fantastic, but I love the line art he's able to put out consistently. Great detail in this one. Dean does a fantastic job with the anatomical details. This art style reminds me of the early days of the ttrpg hobby.

A great action scene by Dean here. I love the dwarf launching into the air while the dwarf behind smashes the ice beneath the frost giant. A very dynamic and fun piece that tells a story. The additional frost giant in the background adds to that intense combat feel. It ain't over yet. 5 stars!

This is such a cozy work, yet there's so many little details going on with the characters which makes it feel lively. We've got a mysterious stranger, a gleeman/bar playing flute, adventurers planning, and a warrior making a grand entrances. I think I may even recognize that bearded guy at the bar.

I absolutely love this art, and it was this piece that piqued my interest in Dean Spencer's wider body of work. I knew I wanted this as the cover for my first ever published adventure, The Dread of Dynwel. The action of this cover, the desperation of the characters was the perfect vibe I was going for. The exact kind of excitement I wanted to convey to my own audience. 5 stars!

If you are publishing a book and you are looking for art - use this man's art. If you don't you WILL regret it. Evocative, professionally executed, this art takes you to a whole new level. Worth every cent, not a question about it.

Dean's pieces of stock art are always very nice.
Here I appreciate a minotaur who is not, for once, a wild fighter. The face expression is very nice.

Another fine piece from Dean. Nice to have some original dwarf character (that is a dwarf who is not a axe wielding killing machine). Dean has quite a lot of variety for his stock arts.
