Perfect way to get your first experiences with PF2e. Does offer quite a bit of variety in its encounters and plays really smoothly. Honestly the first TTRPG solo adventure I ever did and even though I did not end up beating it, I had a good time running it and learning about PF2e.

Would highly reccomend.

I wanted to get started with Pathfinder 2E and this adventure module has been a great help! I'm trying to solo it using different characters and I'm learning something about the system everytime they die somewhere in the dark corridors of this dungeon.

The included companion, which can heal outside of combat, gives all PC classes a bit of breathing room as you navigate the dungeon. It's a good challenge with the included character, and quite doable with a Champion. Precision-based PCs like Rogues and Swashbucklers are going to have the hardest time with the boss battle, as it is immune. I suspect mages might have a hard time in the cramped spaces without a tank to stand between them and the baddies.

The product itself has nice lay-out and design, with neat little illustrations in between the text. The dialogues are fun and give a sense of "story interaction" as you play along, being both PC and DM, and overall the text is very clear. I haven't had any problems with interpreting the text.

A run takes me around 2 hours on average, but that includes me looking up the rules for feats, spells, conditions, etc.

All in all, fun little module! Great for exploring aspects of the game and trying out character concepts. Would recommend.

For the past few days I have soloed my way through The Duskwalker's Due made for Pathfinder 2.0. It is available for pay what you want/free $ at DriveThruRPG. I used the Pathfinder 2.0 Playtest to play it and the Solo Adventurer's Toolbox to solo it. It is a solo adventure and a character is included that you use (higher than first level). The document is 19 pages long and it took me several hours to play it. It is well designed but brutal. The Boss took me out in no time at all. I wanted revenge. So, I used Rabbits & Rangers (2$ for 86 pages) and I combined it with Castles & Crusades. I turned it into a level one adventure and used six toon characters to play through it. My armadillo wizard used an ACME Catalogue to order a ghostbuster trap. When it was turned on, it did spark and smoke (some old cheap model), but it was able to capture the Boss. Bustin' makes me feel good . . .
